Payment Methods

♥ PAYING WITH PAYPAL:

As long as the Paypal funds are available, this is the quickest way of receiving your purchase as I can receive funds quickly and get your order in the mail to you.

♥ PAYING WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:

I will however be happy to accept checks or money orders.  If paying with check / money order, they need to be given the all clear by the bank before shipment is sent. 

Layaway: 

Since I am both a collector and an artist, I understand the need for layaway on some items so I  am happy accept layaway arrangements.  Please contact me to make arrangements and give me an idea of what kind of  payment arrangements you would like to make.

If you do enter into a layaway agreement and later change your mind, there will be no refund on payments previously sent.  Payments  in excess of 30 days late will be considered a termination of the layaway agreement.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to remember to make payments on time, although I will send a courtesy reminder via e-mail. If for some reason, I'd have to break the layaway agreement, which I wouldn't unless the piece got damaged in some way, (yikes, don't even say that) I would of course refund any payments made.

Shipping:

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 PRIORITY MAIL:  The shipping price listed on my items is for USPS Priority with delivery confirmation.  For small boxes, Priority and Parcel post are very similar in price.  However the price varies more for larger boxes.  Priority mail is the safest and quickest shipping method as polymer can be more fragile during sudden temperature changes, therefore the less time out traveling the safer the item will be.

 
PARCEL POST:  However, keep in mind that even though the post office suggests the shipping will take 7-10  days parcel post, I have had them take as many as 21 days and the post office told me that is not uncommon.  But if you are of the patient variety, I will be happy to send parcel post :-)   One other thing to consider with Parcel Post is that Confirmation on Parcel Post does not including “tracking”, it only indicates when the box is confirmed delivered, so you cannot get additional information  about it’s location during the shipping timeframe.

 

♥ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 I ship via International first class with certificate of delivery. Buyer is responsible for any customs, taxes etc. associated with receiving the package.

 

♥ COMBINED SHIPPING

 I will be happy to price out for combined shipping for you, just ask :-)  In many cases smaller items can be included in a package without any additional shipping charges.  You can either check with me first, and I will weigh and determine a combined shipping charge, or you can make the purchase and I will refund the difference.

 

♥ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?:

 
I aim to get all my boxes sent out within 1-2 days of payment received. (excluding holidays and weekends)    If shipping speed is a matter of concern to you, please choose priority mail, or have me check on express shipping charges, as priority can at times take a few weeks to arrive.


 RETURNS / REFUNDS

 ♥ I want you to be delighted with your purchase! I put a lot of time, care and love into each piece and I want it to be something for you to enjoy and cherish.

 
♥ AVOID PROBLEMS:

 I try to clearly represent items as best as I can through my photos and descriptions.   However , I welcome and encourage  questions so  you feel comfortable knowing exactly what you will be getting.

 
♥ RETURNS:

 
If however, you still desire to return an item, I will offer a refund upon receipt of the returned item in original condition.  Please contact me within 5 days of the receipt of the item, telling me you plan on returning it.  Have the item postmarked back to me within 7 days of your receiving it or  this policy is void and refund will not be given.

 
♥ CONFIRMATION AND INSURANCE

 
I require the purchase of delivery confirmation on all purchases and confirmation and insurance on the art dolls to protect against damage or loss.  Confirmation is a benefit for both of us as you know a package has been sent and I know when it has been delivered to you. 

 
♥ DAMAGED:

 
I work very hard to package items safely for their shipping journey, if however, something arrives broken, please contact me immediately, so I can file a claim with the shipper or arrange for a refund to you, I may need your assistance with filing of an insurance claim as the shipper may require examination or surrender of the package and the item or have the item returned to me.  Because in most cases my items are one of a kind, I won't be able to replace an item.  In many cases, however, I may be able to repair an item.  So if you would prefer a repair over a return that may be an option.  If something happens, and lets hope not, we can talk about  what  will work best..
